Clinical Master Class Evenings
STARTTS invites international and national speakers recognised as experts in their field to address topics relevant to the treatment and rehabilitation of torture and trauma survivors. The aim of the Clinical Master Class Evenings is to provide an opportunity for clinicians working with refugees to extend their understanding of issues of refugee trauma.
We are planning to hold five Clinical Master Classes in 2010. The evenings include the key note address (paper presentation), presentation of case studies by STARTTS staff, further discussion on clinical issues, as well as light refreshments. The evenings normally begin around 6pm and conclude by 8pm.
Target group: These seminars are open to all interested clinicians, students and service providers.
